Refund & Return Policy – So Fly Apparel: At So Fly Apparel, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue for review. Approved returns must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds, replacements, or store credit will be issued at the discretion of So Fly Apparel after the item has been inspected and approved. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear and tear. Shipping costs are non-refundable. So Fly Apparel reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
