Shipping Policy – So Fly Apparel: All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on the customer’s location and the shipping carrier. Customers will receive a tracking number by email once their order has been shipped. Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as So Fly Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once a package has been shipped, So Fly Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered, and So Fly Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. By placing an order with So Fly Apparel, customers agree to this Shipping Policy and all store policies.
